We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and supporting a busy office.

📍 Location: 245 Lawson Lane, Tenmile, OR
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (hours may vary)
📅 Schedule: Part‑Time

What You’ll Do

• Answer phones and greet customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Schedule appointments and assist with daily office tasks
• Support our team with basic administrative duties
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Enter customer information, payments, and notes into QuickBooks Desktop

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask
• QuickBooks experience is a must
• Basic computer skills
• A dependable team‑player with a positive attitude
