Hello everyone! We hope that everyone is surviving the cold and the rain this week. We are happy to say that we are finally ready to open up our business for adding a new technician! Good morning and Happy late New Year! We at Budget Pest Control wanted to send out a HUGE thank you to all of our customers for this last year. Between being new business owners and losing Roscoe, this has been a really tough year for us. And for you, too! Looking back it is so easy to reflect on all the missed appointments, forgotten phone calls, and general disorder. But you guys stuck with us and were so very patient and forgiving. We can't thank you enough for your consideration and support!

However! We certainly don't want to overcook your grits! Budget Pest Control is determined that this year we will be much more on top of things. In order to facilitate this commitment we are going to be hiring a new Technician! We are still in the process of putting together all the details, but we will soon be putting out an application on this page for those who wish to apply. We are so excited to be growing and entering a new phase of the business and we hope we can count on your continued support!

Employee of the Quarter goes to the little helper that you sometimes hear “bossing” her mom around on the phone.. Lila Rae!
Lila loves to talk to her customers, but more than that she loves to come into the office when Brooke is working and turn off the computer mid conversation because she wants lunch.
One of her more professional moments has been when she fell of the couch and screamed ALL through the house while Brooke was talking to a customer.
Lila is not quite big enough for her “in-person” work opportunities, but once she goes through her mandatory class for Potty-Training she will be on the job with Tyler ready to serve!

Quarter Number 2 of this year has its "Employee of the Month" split between these 3 wonderful girls. If you've been a customer of BPC for long, and Tyler has been your Tech, you've probably run into either Caroline, Aurora, or Aria. These hard-working gals bring a big smile and a lot of sunshine to the workplace. Many times they're working the same hours as their father in the same hot sun, but they rarely complain! They are excited to meet all of our unique and interesting customers! They may be a liiiittle bit spoiled by them, too (remember, we graciously accept snack from customers, but we don't ask 😉). Congratulations, girls! You make the workplace a much happier place to be!

Today, Budget Pest Control has the sad task of recognizing the passing of its founder, Roscoe Lisenbe. Roscoe took a leap back in 1998 and made the brave decision to leave his job at Wilson Art and become his own boss. Tyler was barely 5 years old when this happened, but Roscoe tells of times that he dropped everything he was doing to go take care of a customer (this, more often then not, involved leaving the golf course according to him). His work ethic was undeniable. Early mornings, long days, late nights, boiling hot summers, freezing rain...Roscoe was dedicated to his business and the community. Many know of his willingness to bend over double to get his customers serviced. His work is admirable and worthy of emulation. We will continue to strive to live up to his standard of practice and fill the massive shoes that he has left behind. We will love and miss you, Roscoe.

A memorial service for Kenneth Rae Roscoe Lisenbe, 59, of Little River, will be held at 1100 AM, Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Warren King officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service. Mr. Lisenbe was born November
