TEAM MEMBER — SNEAKER CLEANING LAB

Sneaker Cleaning Lab is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Team Members who loves sneakers, enjoys working with people, and wants an opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company.
This position is more than just cleaning sneakers. Team Members will help deliver a premium customer experience and assist with sneaker care and daily shop operations.

-Strong attention to detail
-Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
-Confident communicating with customers
-Reliable, professional, and organized
-Able to work independently and as part of a team
-Willing to learn our sneaker cleaning and care process
-Flexible availability
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic
What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you’ll assist customers from drop-off to pickup, help inspect and process sneakers, perform sneaker cleaning and detailing, maintain quality standards, keep the shop organized, and help customers choose the right services for their needs.
