The original bridge was built in 1933 and is deteriorating.
The new structure will also include a separate lane for pedestrians with an observation deck to see the falls.

Robert Davenport and I would like to take this time to thank EVERYONE that welcomed us into the community with our Skyway Laundromat and Ice Cream Station. Without the love and support of ALL of you, it wouldn’t be what it is today. With that being said, we have retired as of noon today and sold both places to the owner of Tellico Pride. I’m sure Bobby Patel will do a fantastic job running both places! Please help me in wishing him the best of luck!
