This 4x4x4 catch basin form came in for a rebuild after many years of torture. Major concrete buildup on the core, dents all in the core from a jack hammer, and the entire undercarriage was all kinds of bent up. No way concrete could release properly. We ended up replacing everything except the outside doors, per customers request.
Cleaning your forms after every pour and using a proper release agent will prevent all of this from happening and will guarantee many years of use.

Delivered this 1500 gallon H-20 septic tank to Statesville, NC yesterday. Set in two pieces, installed 30 inches of concrete risers, and topped it off with a cast iron ring and cover.
