Also for those who need light grocery shopping done Im now excepting orders. Im old school so for now you can text me your list send pics of items however you see fit and venmo me after I deliver. Im trying to make this for the day of your cleaning so I can stop before your cleaning and bring along with me. In the future I don't mind here and there doing just a shop for you within reason if you have a party coming up or dinner guests and just need that extra hand. Hello friends! Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to all who have had us in your home and for your continued service with us. I love what I do and have built some great relationships with many of you. I started this business a few months ago to get out the house and take care of my bills, kids ,etc and although it's going good inflation has def taken a toll on me. Not speaking of my time but gas and product. Everything has went up and unfortunately I need to raise my prices a bit. Not much i'll def let those know before hand as I will be sending out individual messages to all. Also I want to reiterate a few things sometimes they may give you a price and when I get you on site, it is a bigger job than what was explained so sometimes the price will go up a bit maybe even sometimes down, but a "is not a definite amount. Also if you haven't been serviced in awhile there will be change in price from your last visit because there's always extra to do from not being maintained by me. Not that it's not kept up but meaning the windows may need to be done or the cobb webs from corners which is time consuming. Windows are not included in general cleaning but I do tend to them when needed or asked for a charge. I will always ask first. That dont include frnt and back door or sliding doors I do those free of charge. Window treatment is also a extra charge as it is time consuming and can take away from your general chore time so please let me k ow of that's something you would like done prior even the day before is fine so I can plan out the visit accordingly. Deep cleaning and/or seasonal cleanings are done every so often depending on when needed. I will ask if you would like it done and it is a up charge. Some homes need it done more often then others depending on many of reasons but for one dirt road homes tend to get dusty walls and need a cleaning more often than others. So far so good and want to always know my clients are happy. Anything you ever feel needs to be tended to feel free to let me know. UPDATED INFO: My prices that have been previously stated in the past are not at a set range that is for general household chores on homes that have been kept up on for those who need a dusting, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen tended too. Prices to vary depending on the severity of the situation esp on clean outs, deep cleans, organizing matters. Also I do take the square footing into consideration when giving quotes and pricing so therefore your price may not be nearly the same as the person who referred me. Thankfully I haven't ran into any issues with that. But wanted to make a post just i case.😉 Thanks again everyone for your support and helping my small biz thriving! All the referrals have really gotten me a lot of business and met a few new good clients I call friends now!😊
