We are a kitchen exhaust cleaning company . We have expanded and are looking to hire crew leaders as well as helpers. We are hoping to fill positions fairly quickly. We will train you, no experience needed.
Most jobs are overnight, being as the locations must be closed to clean them.

Job locations vary but are located in Central Florida

We are looking for someone motivated and hard working.
Pay is per job.
Flexible scheduling.
Must have valid driver license.

What you can expect from a hood cleaning.

*Inspection of fans for proper operation and code compliance
*Covering and removal of the appliance and draping of the hood
*Removal, soaking and cleaning of filters; check that filters are properly maintained
*Scraping and cleaning of the hood duct
*Cleaning of the system with a high-pressure washer and FDA approved cleaning chemical
*Cleaning the fan and replacement of the belt if provided
*Cleaning of the affected area around the equipment line and polishing of the hood
*Placement of stickers and documentation on the hood
*Verification of fan operation
*Returning the kitchen to proper order
