Property Pro recently completed our first scheduled maintenance service at The Shoppes at Citrus Park.

As a busy, high-traffic shopping center, keeping the storefront walkways and common areas clean, professional and welcoming is important for the businesses and customers who visit the property every day.

A lot of our commercial work is completed before or after business hours, allowing our team to get the job done with minimal disruption to the businesses and customers on the property.

🐝 This is exactly why great maintenance teams have trusted partners.

One of the facilities managers at a senior living community we serve reached out and asked if we could help remove hard-to-reach wasp nests around the property.

Many of the nests were hidden under the roofline, soffits, outside corners, and upper overhangs—areas that were difficult for the maintenance team to reach safely and efficiently.

For their maintenance team, this would have been a project spread out over weeks. Instead, we were able to complete it in less than a day using our Tucker 50 high-reach window cleaning pole from RHG - Tucker Pole Systems and the right attachments for the job.

The goal wasn’t just to make life easier for the maintenance staff—it was to help create a cleaner, safer environment for residents and visitors while staying within the property’s maintenance budget.

We recently completed an exterior cleaning project at Arbor Terrace Citrus Park removing heavy organic growth, algae staining, and environmental buildup from multiple building elevations, roof walls, and courtyard areas.

The transformation was so dramatic that the facility manager described the results as “night and day.”

Completed a building wash, entryway ceiling cleaning, and walkway cleaning for Florida Joint Care Institute in Trinity, FL.

With Florida’s climate, commercial entryways and breezeways naturally collect buildup over time from moisture, spider activity, and daily foot traffic. We used a controlled soft wash process to clean the building exterior, underside of the entrance ceiling, and surrounding walkways.

We also removed staining from the upper facade to improve the appearance around the building signage.

Especially for medical facilities, maintaining a clean and professional appearance is a top priority for patients and visitors.

Florida humidity and tree coverage can cause algae and organic buildup to develop on balcony railings, trim, and exterior surfaces over time. Using our professional soft washing system, we safely removed the buildup and restored the appearance of the building without using damaging high pressure.
