We are a professional cleaning company that specializes in air bnb, vacation rentals, residential cleaning, etc.… We are located in Tampa, Florida. We travel up to 30 miles N,S,E and W of the Tampa Bay Area. Most of our cleans are in Tampa, Riverview, Apollo Beach, Dover, Clearwater, St Pete, Zephyrhills, Bradenton, Ruskin, Brandon, Wesley Chapel and more …

-Perform pre clean consultations (when needed)
-Perform all post clean inspections and walk through
-Perform random visits to in-progress Cleaning when needed.
-Coordinate with management on customer details, preferences and instructions
-Supervise cleaners on the job, relay performance, concerns, comments and time management back to management.
-First level of contact between customer and management. (However minimum scheduling duties)
-Train new employee with our methodology
-Perform weekly/ monthly employee performance evals
-Assist with inventory and relay purchases to operations manager
-step in and cover all emergency cleanings when needed.
