🇺🇸 Meet the Owner!
Hey everyone, I’m Charlie, (or CJ to some of you), the owner of CJ's Handyman & Junk Removal LLC.
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about why I do what I do.
Before starting my business, I proudly served in the US Army. During my time in the military, I served 2 tours in Afghanistan, which taught me the importance of hard work, discipline, accountability, and taking pride in every mission I’m given. And as a Purple Heart recipient, I carry those values with me every single day — including into every home and every project I’m trusted with.
After my service, I built a career around something I’ve always enjoyed — helping people. Over the past 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with homeowners throughout the Tampa Bay area, turning ideas into reality and helping families create spaces they’re proud of, and turning houses into homes.
Behind this business is my biggest motivation: my family! My wife, Sarah, and our two children, Grace & Maverick, are the reason I work so hard every day. Building this company isn’t just about construction — it’s about creating a future for my family and building something we can all be proud of.
When you choose CJ’s, you’re not just hiring someone to complete a job. You’re trusting me with your home, your investment, and your vision. I personally oversee every project, work closely with my subcontractors, and make sure the job is done the right way.
