💡 Imposter syndrome isn't a problem to fix. It's a signal that you're leveling up.
I used to think imposter syndrome was something you eventually outgrew,
that one day you’d just wake up feeling 100% qualified.
But as Alissa Mastropietro beautifully puts it in her recent interview with Bold Journey Magazine: "The feeling always showed up right before I leveled up."
When we step into bigger roles, build new systems, or push past our comfort zones, doubt is natural. The goal shouldn't be to eliminate the feeling; the goal is to decide it doesn't get a vote.
🚀 3 Key Takeaways from Alissa's Journey:
Proof Over Confidence:
Don't wait to feel ready. Focus on ex*****on, build the systems, deliver the results, and let the evidence stack up in your favor.
Systems Thinking:
Stop treating problems as one-off issues. Look for patterns, document your workflows, and build systems to remove friction.
Compress the Gap:
Move from idea to action quickly. You can’t refine something that doesn’t exist yet.
If you are feeling like an imposter today, take it as reassurance that you are expanding into new territory.
