1. Work communication: communication regarding work must be efficient and clear. Any new features and work details should be shared our management app.
2. Administrative details: show attention to details and follow up with customer’s requests and schedule changes. It is important to note every change and follow-up daily with the daily "log" so that everyone is always communicated.
3. Presence: It is very important to always have a professional image while working. Your presence is the company’s image, and it must be a priority.
4. Customer Service: Every customer deserves the best treatment. As an Field Manager you should provide excellent customer service and communication.
5. Inspections & Quality Control: Complete form with every visit. Address any concerns with professionalism and motivation.
Work starts at 8 AM to 5 PM
