Just a heads up Tamaroa Water customers next week we will have to drain the Tamaroa tower for annual inspections. Water pressure will be low until the inspection is completed. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Mark your calendars — our Village-Wide Yard Sale is happening Saturday, June 6th!
This event always draws a great crowd, so it’s the perfect day to sell your treasures and clear out the things you no longer need.
If you’d like to participate, just comment below and let me know! I’ll collect all the addresses, put together a full list, and share it across several social media pages to help spread the word.
Let’s make this our best yard sale yet! 🎉

Reminder: The very next weekend, Saturday, June 13th is our Town-Wide Cleanup Day, where you can throw away items for free! Perfect timing to get rid of anything that doesn’t sell at the yard sale.

FYI: The code enforcer has been out and about conducting yard inspections. If you find a note on your door or if he comes to your door, please consider it a friendly reminder. We believe that you will address the issue promptly, so that further action is not necessary. We appreciate all cooperation in maintaining our little village's appearance.

The weather has been nice the last couple of days, so the Village Board thought it would be a good time to remind everyone to take care of your property—keep your grass mowed, the weeds down and the junk cleared away.

The Board has decided to make this a priority this year. We WILL be issuing tickets. To help with enforcement, we’ve hired a dedicated Village Marshal to handle these matters fairly and consistently.

We love our little Village and want to see it looking clean and well-kept. We also know that every time we post about this, we get a lot of negativity. Honestly, it surprises us because we’re not asking for anything big—just a little pride in your home and your community.

One quick note: Please don’t stop Tiffany, Chuck, Michael, or Mark and yell at them about this. They are employees carrying out Board directives—they’re not the decision-makers here, and they’re just doing their jobs.

Inevitably, we’ll hear things like ‘Oh my gosh, it’s TAMAROA!!’ And yes—we agree, it IS Tamaroa, and we think our community is pretty awesome. Let’s take pride in that!
