As the years have passed I have been extremely lenient with cancellations. However, I am planning a business move starting the first of the year. I will be printing out a new cancellation policy and all of my clients will be required to sign it to stay on my clientele. It will include things like last minute cancellation fee's, and the amount of times that you are allowed to skip in a row. I kindly remind everyone that this is my livelihood. Starting January 1st, if you skip more than two cleans in a row you will be required to either pay to keep your spot, or you will have to give up the spot. As a business, I cannot allow multiple skips in a row. I thank you all for understanding! I look forward to what this new year brings for my business! Happy Holidays!
