An empty room is just square footage with good lighting. But a ready room? That's the one where the duvet corner is folded back like the bed's been waiting all day. The throw blanket isn't folded it's draped. The pillows are set at an angle that says *sit down, stay a while*.

It's a small distinction. But it's the one guests feel before they can even find words for it.

No one writes a review about "clean enough." They write about walking in and feeling like the space was prepared specifically for them — even if they booked it three hours before check-in.
