Helping a friend remodel his basement kitchen! We are combining both our visions and creating hub so I can always have a safe space to create medicines and host Meeting of the Minds Gatherings!

Its important to have a safe space the intention we move with is very powerful!

Todays work party consist of:

Project planning, Client Booking, and Visualization

Soaking beans for soup and chickpeas for hummus! New recipes in the making!

Capsuling and 8 blend of mushroom vitamins for a couple clients.

So far I have created

Homemade Broth loaded with brain food
Cranberry Fruit Leather
Dehydrated peaches and pears
Psylocibin Cinnamon Apple Raisin sauce Loaded with lions mane, h**p, and chia seeds!

I meal prepped for a house of 7
Salmon, corn, mashed potatoes, Stuffed bell peppers/rice, greens, feta ( I cooked the rice and taters with the home made broth)
Chicken, Steamed Greens, Jasmine rice with mangoes, shredded coconut, and diced bell pepper.
Wild Boar and wild salmon burgers and meat loaf with purple mashed beets and potatoes, asparagus, stuffed mini bell peppers, and kale chips.

Officially back on grid with a fresh start!

New Phone & iCloud account!

I Officially let go of everything that had any connection to LyonPride Music ! I was big part of that community and I worked really hard to add value! Its bitter sweet! Def hard to process loosing 10 years worth of content. Every picture, video, of my daughter Nation going back all the way back to kindergarten! Absolutely everything and I am never looking back.

I decided to only taking the lessons I learned, knowledge I obtained and the love in my heart to create magic and rebuild my life from the ground up!

With that being said I have not 1 phone number or email and completely starting from scratch!

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to Morgan Henley for creating BrodieNation Music Festival 3 years ago when I was the Shuttle Bus Driver for LyonPride Music. It was an absolute blast getting to meet so many amazing souls who I now consider family and gather with so many of my tribe felt like a family reunion. That weekend changed my entire life in ways that I have trouble articulating! Every set there was absolutely incredible! Music I didn't even know how to search for online! The messages everyone had to share through music, love, dancing, gathering and their creation was the first time I really ever got to experience what healthy genuine connections felt and looked like!

The one set that touched my soul with a message far greater then I knew at the time was BlueJay set at the stage by the river. At the end of the festival after saying my goodbyes Lisa Karimi-Naser gave me a hug goodbye and she whispered so loud in my ear it still rings in my head! She said "You need to remember to take the head seat at your own table". At the time I didn't know what that meant however I wrote it in huge letters on my vision board!

Fast Forward a couple years to 2024 I am now cultivating a creative self healing community with all the stones, knowledge, resources, genuine connection, love support and help from my tribe!

I always say the mullets got it wrong it is PARTY IN THE FRONT BUSINESS IN THE BACK!

I have secretly been building and creating my business. I am now ready and will be launching the new and rebranding the old this year!

HUGE shout out for all the inspiration I receive when I am around! My focus in life if to only give value to present moment and never look to benefit in any situation. The LOVE and CONNECTION I freely give to everyone I meet is everything I NEVER RECIEVED as a CHILD! The OPPOSITE of ADDICTION is CONNECTION. If the SYSTEM is failing lets dismantle it and CREATE our OWN! Its harder to rebuild toxic then it is to destroy and rebuild!
