Full transparency: we need your help.

I was trying to be a smart business owner this winter and hired plenty of technicians so that if someone didn’t work out or decided to take a different position, we’d still be fully staffed for our clients. The catch? Every single person we’ve hired over the last four months has been totally badass, and now we are very overstaffed.

That means I’m sitting here with too many incredible technicians and gaps in their schedules, and I adore each of them and genuinely cannot stand the idea of them not having enough work. We’re literally gifting cleans to nonprofits and to folks who need a little extra support, just to help make sure our team has enough hours to support their families.

Spring is right around the corner and we know it’s about to get busy — we’re just not quite there yet.

So I’m offering some really wild deals to secure recurring clients and give our team more stability in their schedules. For today (and maybe tomorrow only), here’s what we’re doing:

Here are the details:

👉 Book your clean by TODAY Sunday (possibly tomorrow)
👉 Get your clean as soon as TOMORROW (Monday or Tuesday)
👉 First come, first served

Here’s the deal:
• Your initial clean is FREE
• In exchange, you sign up for recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)

If tomorrow doesn’t work but you book recurring this month:
• We’ll waive the initial cleaning fee (still a big savings)

A few important notes (please read):
• This offer is for new recurring clients only
• Card must be on file
• If you’re happy with your clean, we kindly ask that you tip your technicians directly
• A Google review after your service helps our small business more than you know

Today we had a moment that reminded us why we do things the way we do. At the end of a clean today, something was missed. A human error, still an error all the same.

The client reached out almost immediately, and we returned just as quickly to make it right. We aim to do in-person walk-throughs at the end of every first clean, but sometimes logistics don’t line up perfectly.

In this case, the client was patient, communicative, and willing to give us the chance to come back and fix what was missed and that’s something we don’t take lightly.

In a world increasingly run by automation, AI, and systems that promise perfection, moments like this are a good reminder that house cleaning is still very human work, done by real people, in real homes, with real lives happening all around us.

This month, our average client quality score is at 100%, that means every client who scored us gave 5 stars. We’re incredibly proud of that fact, but it’s moments like this that keep us humble and reinforce why doing the right thing matters every time.

Our work is meant to reduce stress; give more peace in your day. And when we miss that mark the first time, we’ll always show up, take responsibility, and make damn sure it’s done right the next go around.

We are incredibly grateful for clients who meet us with grace, and for a team that is willing to learn from missteps in order to grow and improve their craft.

Just want to hop on real quick! We honestly don't post enough, but making a new year's resolution to share more TV love!

We’re feeling really proud over here 💛

Right now we can assuredly say that our team of techs are the most talented group we have ever had on our team!

Our most recent cohort has officially completed training, and we’re excited to welcome Sami, Cheyenne, Calise, and Meaghan to the Tidy Vibe team.

✨ Cumulatively, they bring over 10 years of professional cleaning experience, most of them already have clients set up, but we still have a few openings in their schedules

This is not the kind of message we ever hope to send, and it is something I share with a heavy heart. However, I am reaching out today because one of our employees, Shauna, and her family are experiencing an extremely difficult and unexpected situation.

Last week, Shauna’s husband was detained by ICE in a sudden and distressing event, and he is currently being held in a local detention facility. As you can imagine, this has placed a tremendous emotional and financial burden on her family as they work quickly to secure legal representation and bond.

Shauna is a deeply valued member of our Tidy Vibe team. She brings kindness, care, and compassion into every home she enters, and we are committed to supporting her during this time.
