Some people are only with your team for a short season, but leave a lasting impact. 💜

Over the last 6 months, this sweet young lady became more than just a team member — she became family. Watching her grow through her very first job at just 15 years old has been such a privilege for all of us.

While we officially said goodbye to her position on our daytime residential team last week, we fully support her decision to pursue something she truly loves. We are incredibly proud of the hard work, kindness, and positive energy she brought to our company, our team, and our clients every single day.

The door will always remain open for her here at EC Cleaning Services for weekend jobs, deep cleans, commercial work, or whenever life brings her back around. Once you’re family here, you’re always family.

You are already so missed, and we’ll continue cheering you on every step of the way. 💫

Restoration Clean to the Rescue!!!

A few weeks ago, our team worked so hard to complete a restoration clean for a Beautiful lake home that was built by a shop teacher, volunteers, and students from High School back in 1937.

This particular home was used and abused by renters. The owners have taken the time to update, replace things, and our team restored all the toilets, sinks, showers, appliances, along with a DEEP CLEAN of the entire interior of the home!

What an accomplishment for not only our team but for the contractors on site as well!

The owner's were just as pleased! 💜💜💜

💪 If you’re waiting for life to slow down before you start, you’ll probably be waiting a long time.

There’s always going to be something competing for your time and energy. Work gets busy, schedules fill up, motivation comes and goes, and life doesn’t really pause to make space for you to finally get started.

The people who actually make progress aren’t the ones with perfect routines. They’re the ones who decide it matters enough to begin anyway and learn how to make it fit into real life.

That’s a big part of what I focus on when I train someone. I’m not just handing out workouts and hoping they stick. I take the time to understand how you move, what you’re working toward, and what your life actually looks like day to day. From there, we build something that works within that, not outside of it.

And I’ll push you. Not for the sake of being intense, but because most people are capable of more than they think; they just haven’t had someone consistently hold them to that standard.

There isn’t a perfect time to start. There’s just the decision to stop waiting.
