Our newest addition to the fleet has officially arrived.
Brandon, our Maintenance Director, will be putting this mobile crane truck to work serving our water and wastewater customers.

When it comes to keeping things running, there’s not much he can’t handle!

Update on our Asheville office:

As we are actively looking for a new permanent location in the Asheville area, our friends at C & C Chemical Co., Inc. have let us set up a Sample Drop-Off box at their office. We will pick up samples from there around noon Monday through Friday. They are located at 119 Haywood Rd, Asheville, NC.

Please give our Sylva office a call to let us know that you will be dropping off at 828-586-5588.

After 19 years on Swannanoa River Road, we, like many others have, lost our building to Hurricane Helene. We are praying for a quick recovery for all of WNC. .

Laboratory Update 10/2/24!

Our Sylva Laboratory is currently accepting Water and Wastewater Samples!

If you are a Private Well Owner or State Regulated System, and your well was affected by flood waters; our Sylva Laboratory has Bacteriological bottles available for pickup to test for E. Coli and Total Coliform.

If you need to drop off an Emergency Sample after hours. Please contact us to set up a drop-off time!

Our phone lines and internet are still down at our office. However, remote workers are monitoring our voicemail, email, and Facebook messages! Please contact us with any questions or if you need assistance!

Hurricane Helene Update:

First, we’d like to let everyone know that our entire office staff is safe and unharmed by the devasting storm.

Due to the ongoing cell signal and Wi-Fi outages affecting our area, we will only be able to answer emails and our emergency response line at this time.
