A Basic Clean is designed for ongoing maintenance of a home that is already in generally good condition. This service focuses on keeping your space fresh, tidy, and consistently clean rather than tackling heavy buildup.

During a basic clean, I will clean all main living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms by dusting accessible surfaces, wiping countertops, cleaning sinks and mirrors, light wiping of appliance exteriors, vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping and mopping floors, and bathroom cleaning. Beds can be made upon request.

This service does not include deep scrubbing, heavy grime or buildup removal, inside appliances, baseboards, wall washing, or detailed bathroom grout work.

Pricing starts at $125 and may increase based on:
• Home size
• Number of bathrooms
• Level of maintenance needed
• Add-on services requested

A basic clean is ideal for recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) who want to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
