Do you enjoy working with your hands while also soaking in the fresh air? Algae Men is looking to hire a few responsible, respectful, and handy employees to help improve the homes in the communities around us. Algae Men is based in Sussex and is on its 6th year of providing roof, concrete, deck, and siding cleaning services within a 60-mile range.

Employee Requirements and Job Duties:

-Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and isn't afraid of heights
-No field experience or educational background necessary as training is one month or 20 working days (experience with being on roofs is needed)
-Customer experience/service focused
-Enjoys working outdoors
-Must have a car and a good driving record
-Needs to be willing to drive their own vehicle if needed. We will compensate at .58 per mile.
-Communication skills ranging from quick and responsive communication with the site manager to interacting with customers
-Willing/expected to work some overtime from Mid March-November

Schedule/ Hours:
-40+ hrs per week
-Typical working hours 8:00am-5:00pm
-Some weekends
-Requested time off available

Pay:
-$20-$30/ hr
-Bonus and incentive pay for each complete job
-Overtime (time and half pay)

Start date:
As soon as possible
