Wiser Wednesday!🤓🧑‍🏫 Last week we had the opportunity to get some one on one training with our friend and neighbor, Russ! Russ owns Novah Electric and our topic was Lock Out, Tag Out. LOTO is a critical safety procedure used in industries to ensure that machines are properly shut off and not started up again during maintenance or repair work. It prevents the accidental release of hazardous energy(electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or thermal) that could cause severe injuries or fatalities.
Thank you again Russ for taking the time out of your day to give us the needed information to continue to keep our guys and our community safe!

What a pleasant surprise! Really proud moment for our team today! Thank you to our technicians for putting in the long days to make these installs look nice and be the most effective for home owners. Thank you for always being eager to learn and take the steps to further your knowledge base and be able to teach home owners!
Thank you to our dispatcher for submitting the paperwork to get us Navien Service Specialist Status(NSS) as well as taking on the duty of annoying our technicians to get you those darn Serial Numbers!
