How does a family-owned pest control business in Surprise, AZ end up targeted with Google Business extortion? This person posted two completely fabricated reviews, then actually texted us about it—and didn’t stop there. He called us demanding money to remove them!
Google told us the reviews would be checked within 3 days… It’s now been 5 days and they’re still up. All we can do is keep re-submitting and wait for Google to take action. I'm not sure which is more frustrating this Scammer or Google Business. It's crazy the hoops we go through- just to have an active google Business page!
