Birds often use exterior vents as nesting spots, especially during the summer. Once inside, they can damage vent covers, block airflow, and leave nesting material behind.
Proper bird exclusion keeps the vent protected while still allowing it to function as intended.

Crawl space encapsulations keep the area underneath your home dry, free of water v***r and protected from floods, which is especially important in a coastal area like Myrtle Beach. Rodent activity can start small, but it usually does not stay that way for long.
Droppings, scratching sounds, chewed materials, and nests are all signs that rats or mice may be active around your home. If you notice any of these warning signs, it is worth addressing the problem before they cause more damage or spread further inside.
