The best at what we do and we aren’t apologizing for it! In case you missed it in the best of sumter magazine:
Best of Sumter 2026 and named the best pest control company every year since opening in 2020. Kelly's Termite & Pest Control has built a reputation of doing one thing exceptionally well: finding what others miss. Our technicians are trained to find
termites and the subtle conditions that invite them in, giving homeowners real answers and real confidence.
Because here's the reality in South Carolina: termites are not uncommon. According to the National Pest Management Association, about 1 in 3 homes in the Southeast will experience termite activity during their lifetime. Nationwide, termites cause more than $5 billion in property damage each year, and most of that damage happens quietly, behind walls, beneath floors, and inside structural beams. Research from Clemson University
Cooperative Extension shows our warm, humid climate creates ideal, year-round conditions for subterranean termites to stay active.
That's why finding a problem early is actually a win
Think of us as the messenger with perfect timing. We didn't create the issue, we uncovered it while there was still time to handle it the right way. The difference between a manageable fix and a major structural repair often comes down to how early the issue is detected and how thorough the inspection was to begin with.
At Kelly's Termite & Pest Control, we don't rush inspections, we don't cut corners, and we don't overlook the details that matter. We're not just looking for termites, we're looking for risk, the small warning signs that can turn into big problems if ignored.
Our mission is simple: raise awareness, perform inspections the right way, and help homeowners protect what is often their biggest investment.
Because ignoring termites doesn't make them go away. It just gives them more time.
We hope you enjoyed our TED Talk. More importantly, we hope you appreciate that we're here to do the job the right way.
So yes, if we find something..
Sorry, not sorry.

Cleaning up the shop after all of last years’ holiday events, and we are left wondering what exactly we should do with these giant, handcrafted pieces of fine art. Donate them to a museum? Sell to the highest bidder? Because surely someone needs this in their life, right? Actually, they do have some pretty cool wireless, remote controlled rotating pedestals on the bottom of each one. Birthday prop? Any ideas friends?
