With 2024 just around the corner, it’s time to list a few resolutions for the new year. A comprehensive home maintenance program could be one of them. We’d like to help!

Time, weather, and traffic can take quite a toll on your home, but a strong preservation plan will minimize the effects. We offer services on a monthly, quarterly, or one-time basis. We can perform services including the cleaning of gutters and downspouts, stove hood and fan, HVAC filters, traps and drains, and dryer vents. We can remove, clean, and replace ceiling fan blades and light globes.

We can test GFCI outlets, water heater pressure relief valves, smoke detectors, inspect fire extinguishers, and change those hard-to-reach light bulbs. If you travel and need someone to check your home’s critical systems such as surveillance, refrigeration, HVAC, sump pumps, gas, and water supply while you’re away, we can help.

When tree branches are allowed to overarch a structure, they may contact the roof. This can introduce two problems: Breezes cause the branch to rub against the roofing material, eventually causing damage and/or leaks. Insects, especially ants, will use the branches as a bridge over any pest control chemical barrier around your home, allowing them to infest the structure. We can help by trimming and removing the branches before they cause big problems for you!
