🚨 ATTENTION EVERYONE! PLEASE READ & SHARE! 🚨
I normally don’t post things like this, but when someone starts affecting a business I’ve spent years building, I have to speak up.
About a year ago, I gave my former employee Jake Johansson an opportunity to grow by opening a Napa location under Wraps by Dre Napa Valley. Unfortunately, after receiving multiple complaints about the quality of work, I decided to separate myself completely to protect my business and reputation.
Fast-forward over a year later, Jake Johansson has been operating independently under ATTN2DETAIL. After receiving multiple negative reviews, his business is suddenly showing up on Google as Wraps by Dre Napa AGAIN!
My question is WHY?
Why change your business name back to a company you haven’t been associated with in over a year? Especially after receiving negative reviews? Why not build your own reputation instead of bringing my name back into it?
I can’t speak for his intentions, but the timing is questionable.
We’ve already received calls from customers asking if we’re responsible for work performed at his Napa location.
LET ME BE CLEAR:
❌ Wraps by Dre LLC does NOT operate the Napa location.
❌ Jake Johansson has NOT been associated with us for over a year.
❌ We are NOT responsible for his work, complaints, warranties, or disputes since our separation.
❌ ATTN2DETAIL and Wraps by Dre LLC are completely separate businesses.
I’ve sacrificed too much building Wraps by Dre to have my reputation confused with another shop’s work.
I gave someone an opportunity to succeed, and now I’m having to defend the name I built. If you want your own business, build your own reputation.
