Eat the Meat Spit out the Bones
FISH AND BREAD KEPT MY FAMILY FED

If you know; you know, growing up every Friday we knew what was for dinner it was fish night and mostly fried catfish and as a child having to eat fish with small sharp bones inside our parents warned us not to swallow the bones but if we were two anxious to devour that fish and got a bone stuck in our throats we were told to eat some bread to help push that tiny but dangerous bone through or throats and into our digestive system and we would be alright.

The same is true today especially in the religious culture and world we live in today. "It's a different world than where we came from" The bones in this scenario are the false and misleading teachings that you will find almost everywhere and if you are a recipient of these bones chase it down with the true Bread of Heaven( Word of God)which will push it through your system.

The best advice I can give to a child of God is to eat that which is good and wholesome and then spit out the bones that have no nutritional value whatsoever. If you read the word, study and learn the wisdom of the scriptures you will learn how to eat and feel(Discern )for bones at the same time. That knowledge helps you to discern the good from the bad.

"But strong meat belongs to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil" (Hebrews 5:14).
The lessons I learned eating fish as a child are still relevant today, the meat is good, but I eat fish with caution knowing that there may be tiny bones that can cause harm to me.
You should consume the word of God with caution and be like the Bereans.
