Belmore Project — Progress Update

We’ve made significant progress on this backyard transformation.

The patio footprint is now fully installed, bringing the layout to life and defining the foundation of this outdoor space. Clean lines, a bordered design, and a cohesive flow from the home were key priorities in this phase.

The new stair system and walkway are also taking shape, creating a seamless transition from the house to the patio.

Next up: continuing progress on the full outdoor renovation, including the 14x28 pool with stadium steps.

Breaking ground on The Lee Project – Lynbrook

What began as a standard excavation quickly revealed an unexpected condition — a buried gunite pool beneath the existing yard.

Our team assessed the situation, brought in the necessary equipment, and completed a full removal to properly prepare the site for construction.

Unexpected challenges can arise in any project. Having the right team in place ensures they’re handled efficiently and correctly from the start.

We officially kicked off this backyard transformation last week. This project will feature a full outdoor renovation, including a spacious patio and a 14x28 rectangular pool with stadium steps.

We began by replacing the existing deteriorated stairs and mapping out the footprint for the new patio.
