Install new septic system with 1,500 gal septic tank, 660 sq feet of drainfield (4” perf pipe & rock) for a new doublewide. Thanks Matt Shorb for hauling the rock😁! Dig in 1” poly waterline under house to new 2,900 gal cistern. Run wire in trench for pump.

Dig in 3” PVC for over flows/drains for each tank. Install hydrant by barn. Replumb by well & in well pit. Add stop & drains for each tank & Cobett. Dig up waterline outside of pit on Barber’s then trench 2,800 plus feet of 1 1/2” fusible poly going west to pit & curb stop. Hook up new 1” poly in Pit. Dig up leaking curb stop in west pasture to see what size waterline is in the ground. Dig up tee by curb stop. Cut out & install new line with 2 ball valve & PRV. Move tiles over ball valves.
