***Help Wanted****
We are looking for a part time maintenance person (or 2)
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Willing to travel (Properties in Green Bay, Kewaunee, And Berlin)
Must be able to lift 20lbs +
It is an on-call position so hours will vary, typically between 15-25hrs a week
Duties will include, simple maintenance request from tenants. Building upkeeps as well as some general cleaning.
