As a small business owner, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Nonetheless, I rely heavily on my clients to sustain my company. I strive to deliver exceptional service, accommodating the needs of both current and new clients while ensuring fair pricing. In light of recent last-minute cancellations, I will be implementing a cancellation policy: a fee equivalent to half of the scheduled cleaning price will be applied if cancellations occur within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Given the current economic climate, this measure is necessary. I appreciate the loyalty and support of my valued clients, who are the backbone of my business. To maintain a mutually beneficial relationship, I kindly request that clients make every effort to keep their scheduled appointments or reschedule within the same week whenever possible.

This allows me to prepare adequately, as each home presents unique challenges. During this walkthrough, I assess the home's specific needs, determining the necessary products and equipment. However, for one-time deep cleans, a walkthrough is not always necessary, as I ensure that I am fully equipped to handle any situation.
