💧 500 Feet Down, Built to Last! 💧

This project took us 500 feet underground to completely upgrade this deep well system.

The original installation used PVC drop pipe with galvanized fittings, and those galvanized fittings had begun to fail. Rather than simply replacing the damaged components, we upgraded the entire system to high-quality polyethylene pipe, eliminating the weak points and providing a much more durable, long-lasting installation.

But we didn’t stop there.

To help protect the system from excessive water hammer and reduce stress on the drop pipe, we installed additional inline check valves every 200 feet, along with an external check valve directly above the pump, complementing the pump’s factory-installed internal check valve. These extra measures help support the water column in a deep well and reduce the load placed on the system during operation.

When you’re working with 500 feet of pipe and pump, attention to detail matters. We believe in doing the job right the first time—not just fixing today’s problem, but helping prevent tomorrow’s.

💧 Another Well System Back to Peak Performance! 💧

Today we completed a foot valve replacement on a jet-style well system that was causing the homeowner to lose prime and experience unreliable water service.

The foot valve plays a critical role in keeping the pump primed by preventing water from draining back into the well. When it fails, it can lead to frustrating issues like low water pressure, loss of prime, and repeated pump cycling.

We replaced the faulty foot valve, restored proper operation, and got the customer’s water system running reliably again. ✅

🚨 Public Service Announcement 🚨

A sewage pump is NOT a grinder pump. These are two completely different systems, and installing the wrong equipment can lead to major problems.

We were called out to a home where a previous company installed a cheap Home Depot sewage pump where a high-performance grinder pump should have been — and even installed an outlet inside the tank. 🫣

Needless to say, the system didn’t last long.

The homeowners called the right people this time. We removed the incorrect setup, installed the proper grinder system and equipment, and got everything back up and running the way it should be. 💪
