August was a huge month for Company X. We signed on with a company to do some B&B's so that kept us busy through August.

This is one of the B&B's that we take care of. This particular one is a studio but the company that manages these also has 1 & 2 br.

As always we want everyone to know what the client paid for this service. It took me 2 hrs to clean this unit the total cost was $40.

I am looking for someone that gardens or maybe a farmer or exterminator that can help me out with a problem. I have a client that is having a pest problem in her yard. There is a critter that is digging this hole and making a mess on the back porch. I suggested that she fill the hole with steal wool. She tried this and the little thing pushed it out of the way and even chewed it a little. My client tried filling the hole with water but that also failed. She recently put out a live trap and caught a rabbit and a squirl but nothing that is small enough to fit in this tiny hole. Is there anyone out there that can give us some suggestion on how to proceed forward and maybe give an opinion as to what this critter might be?

UPDATE: We want to extend a huge shout out to those that helped with getting a dresser to an elderly woman in Stevens Point. Thank you Sustainable Lawn Service for your money donation, and Bronnyn from Custer who graciously provided a nice dresser that will work perfect. We are getting our little lady unpacked and moved into her apartment and we couldn't have done it without the two of you helping us.

The Company X Cleanouts has started a new project . We are helping an elderly woman move into a new Senior Living apartment. She is in desperate need of a dresser and has a budget of roughly $40 . We will be assisting her the rest of this week with moving then will clean her old place over the weekend . If anyone had a sturdy dresser they would like to part with please reach out I will come and get it . Thank you so much . This nice lady has limited mobility and can’t raise her arms to high so please no extremely tall dressers .
