✨Business Update✨

We’ve been dreading making this announcement, but with the recent hike in gas prices, and the many miles we put on our vehicles through the week, this decision was very necessary.

As a thank you to our loyal current clients, our travel fee will only apply to new clients moving forward. We truly appreciate the relationships we’ve built and wanted to make sure our existing clients are unaffected by this change.

What better way to celebrate our first week as Sauk Valleys Favorite cleaning business, than completing our BIGGEST job to date?

Thank you to Sterling Woodworks and this wonderful family for having us complete this 57 hour post construction clean on the river! This cabin was doubled in size, bringing the total square footage to over 2,000 foot. Every inch of it was curated flawlessly, from the perfectly matched logs, to the gorgeous custom cabinetry.

It was a labor of love that I even wrangled my Husband into, bless his heart. Now this wonderful family can spend many more years creating memories here🩵

Hi guys!

Just keepin it real with you over here.

Moving forward, clients may notice slightly longer response times during evenings and weekends as I step away from my phone more outside of business hours. I’ve spent the last year answering messages at all hours of the night, and while I’ll always do my best to accommodate everyone, I also need to make room to be present with my family, (and maybe get a little bit of rest).

Due to current demand, we will no longer be offering Express Cleans. As you may know, these were designed for last minute openings and cancellations, and we rarely have either of those nowadays! We strongly encourage providing at least 3 weeks notice whenever possible for one time cleans to ensure we can meet your needs.

Tonight, we were honored to win Sauk Valley’s Favorite Cleaning Company!

To say this means the world to me would be an understatement.

Just a year ago, Suds was just an idea, and since then, I have poured every ounce of myself into building this business. Early mornings, late nights, many days on the road, researching, testing product, building systems, missed sleep, nonstop schedules, (all while raising 3 kids and working another job) every single part of this company has been built with my whole heart.

Thank you to every client who trusted us in your homes, shared our name, voted for us, referred us to family and friends, and supported this dream from the very beginning. Your support means the world.

And to my incredible team, thank you for working so hard alongside me and helping build something so special.

Our community is rallying behind a local family after their sweet 4 year old, Callahan, was involved in a serious accident. We want to help ease some of the burden of travel expenses, medical bills, meals, and everything else that comes with this unexpected tragedy. Suds will be donating a FULL home deep clean, and we’ll be opening 50 fundraiser spots at $25 each. Once all spots are filled, we’ll do a drawing to choose the winner.

Running a business while being a busy mom of 3 (who also has a second job) often means answering messages during dinner, taking calls during bedtime routines, and rarely ever “clocking out.”

This weekend, for the first time in 13 months, I’m allowing myself to do exactly that.

Suds will be closed for Mother’s Day weekend while I spend intentional time with my family and work toward a better balance between motherhood and business ownership.

One year ago, Suds was just an idea, and today it’s something so much bigger than I ever imagined!

In the past year, we’ve:
- Built an incredible team of 4
- Serviced hundreds of residential & commercial clients
- Been voted Top 3 Cleaning Services in the Sauk Valley area
- Given back & supported several missions in the Sauk Valley
- Filled and booked an entire waiting list, with a new waiting list still on deck
- and lived off of caffeine and anxiety 😅

What started as “just cleaning” has turned into building relationships, restoring homes, helping people feel comfortable in their spaces, and creating opportunities for an amazing team.

To every single client who trusted us in your home or business, thank you. To those who have referred us, supported us, shared our posts, and cheered us on… it truly means everything.
