Five Star Review for Austin!

"I'm the chief of Maintenance at the Holiday Inn hotel in Hood River Oregon and we schedule Summit Facility Services to visit our facility monthly to deep clean the carpets in our guest rooms and hallways. I must say, of all of the vendors we have out for routine maintenance, Summit is at the top of the heap! The technicians are all very proficient in their trade, communication is always spoken from knowledge and real understanding. They get the job well done every time they are out, in a timely manner that doesn't interfere with our operations or inconvenience our guests.

The last technician that visited, named "Austin" really went the extra mile this last visit and put focused effort on some of our more high traffic areas and I can honestly say I have never seen the carpet look cleaner. I highly recommend Summit for facility services and they are a company you can trust!
