During this time i like to open up some windows for a few minutes or in my case about 1 hour.
There are benefits to opening windows during this time of the year: Opening windows briefly in winter improves indoor air quality by flushing out stale air, CO2, and pollutants (like VOCs, mold, germs) with fresh, often cleaner, winter air, reducing stuffiness and odors while controlling humidity; it can also boost mood and sleep, but only for short periods (5 mins, a few times daily) to avoid excessive heat loss.
