I have family visiting in a couple of days and I was afraid Orchard might ignite my call. Skyler quickly answered my phone call and informed me he would dispatch Richard to check the traps. I thought Richard would remove all the traps . Richard informed me that he re- baited all the traps because Orchard will check the traps in a couple of weeks and continue to re-bait if other rats were trapped. If this continues Orchard will inspect the interior and exterior of the roof to ensure all entry points are sealed. I’m more than pleased with Orchard. By the way, Orchards fee was almost 75% less than a competitors quote for the same service.
