Subject: Notice of Updated Pumping Rates
Dear Valued Customer,
At Gibs Affordable Septic, we remain committed to providing reliable, high quality service at fair and competitive prices. We truly appreciate the trust you place in us to meet your septic, holding tank, sand and grease system needs.
Over the past several months, we have experienced significant increases in operating costs, primarily due to the temporary shutdown of several treatment plants and the continued rise in fuel prices. Despite our best efforts to absorb these additional expenses, it has become necessary to adjust our pumping rates to ensure we can continue delivering the level of service and responsiveness you expect from us.
Effective 4/3/2026, our new pumping rate will be $130 per pump... $20 per thousand gallons, and $1 per mile to the available treatment plant. This is for holding tanks only.
Prices will be adjusted as treatment plants reopen.
Additionally, we will no longer be able to pump on credit. A credit card on file or a check on site at the time of pumping will now be required.
We understand that any price change can be challenging, and we want to assure you that this decision was made only after careful consideration. Our team remains dedicated to offering the most affordable and dependable septic services possible while maintaining the quality and safety standards you rely on.
