Due to the on-going pandemic of COVID-19, the cleaning industry has been forever changed. Therefore we are looking for cleaning technicians to tackle the biggest challenge our industry has ever faced in recent time. Our customers include both commercial and residential customers from apartment buildings to office parks to residential homes.

Hip Maids LLC is looking to hire experienced team manager with at least two years of cleaning. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available dependent on the candidates preference and performance. Starting hourly rate is $15.50/hr-$17/hr plus performance bonuses throughout the year. Driving time will also be paid at the same rate as your hourly rate.

Hip Maids LLC is a local residential and commercial cleaning services company based out of St. Louis, MO that has been around for 3 years.

You will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times during a job while maintaining at least six feet of distance between others. Most of the locations will be vacant and therefore, any interaction with customers will be very minimal.

We are looking for people with the following skills:
-Previous experience in residential and commercial cleaning
-Driven and motivated to perform high quality cleaning and customer service
-Loves working in a team-based environment
-Prioritizes organization and procedures

**Must be able to demonstrate leadership and experience from previous maid cleaning services.
**Must be willing to train others and lead the way for customer success on each cleaning (maximum team of 3).
**Only week days between 8 am and 5 pm
