Maid to the Rescue is immediately hiring for two Professional House Cleaners to join the team. We are looking for someone to help grow our new business and become accustomed to customer needs. Although the positions will start as part time, they will progress to full time with benefits for the right candidates.

Responsibilities
• Provide an exceptional experience to all customers by exceeding the customer's expectations.
• Providing basic and deep cleaning services to kitchens, bathrooms, floors, etc...
• Providing move in and move out cleaning services.
• Ability to operate company equipment (backpack vacuums, etc.).
• Utilize company checklist to ensure all areas are cleaned.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
• MUST LOVE THIS INDUSTRY AND RESPECT THE POSITION: This is not just a job. We are not looking for employees who simply want a "paycheck". We want employees who will dedicate their career to Maid to the Rescue and the cleaning industry.
• Previous experience required (6 months minimum).
• Professional demeanor & positive attitude
• Attention to detail and strong worth ethic!
• Dependable and punctual are basic, yet essential qualifications

Important Details
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Must be willing to submit to and pass a background check & drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation to drive to assigned jobs, current auto insurance, and a valid driver's license. PROOF OF INSURANCE WILL BE VERIFIED AND COPY OF INSURANCE WILL BE KEPT IN THE OFFICE

Compensation
• Minimum salary $10/hour (willing to pay more for experienced cleaners)
• Final offer dependent upon experience and offered position
• Bonuses for meeting performance expectations, repeat business & referrals

Benefits
• Flexible schedule
• Start time can be early as 7am and stop time can be as late at 6pm
• No weekends
• Additional benefits discussed at interview time
