This particular job we had an urgent call come through in a panic for an inspection in a few hours. We showed up over the weekend during a heat warning and knocked it out the park on a time crunch. We value our customers and their belongings. We do not simply trash everything, we helped our client make quick and hard decisions on what would be best for them. Ultimately at the end of the job our client was overwhelmed with emotions and joy. They fought back some happy tears and were struggling with panic attacks. This customer stood tall and handled this situation well. This is a big change for our customers and a difficult one. We make sure the overall mental health stays stable during the process as well as nothing of value, sentiment, or important documents gets trashed. We removed thousands of pounds of waste, got new sheets, pillow cases, and comforter on the bed. And left with a happy customer and a happy pet. This is what we do and why we do it. To ensure everyone goes home to a safe environment! We did just that. It’s not how, who, what, or why this happens what matters is my company is here for people who have the courage to take the next step even though it’s a difficult one for most. We offer respectful, discreet services. If you or someone you know is struggling in that way don’t ever hesitate to reach out!! This customers home is safe and most IMPORTANTLY SAVED!! Some customers are facing eviction or homelessness. MAJOR KUDOS TO THIS CUSTOMER AND THEIR COURAGE TO STEP FORWARD THROUGH THE DIFFICULTIES.
