A&M Finch Cleaning, LLC is expanding, and we are looking for a leader who is passionate about making a difference in others’ lives by providing excellent cleaning and customer services in a positive, team environment. Part-time to full-time hours are available with flexibility.

Duties include managing cleaning crew's daily tasks and providing cleaning services including but not limited to: Ceiling to floor cleaning of homes and businesses including, but not limited to: scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks; scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances; dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, chairs; spot cleaning doors and frames; vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring; vacuuming carpets and upholstery; bedrooms, bedroom linens; special cleaning projects and additional duties as-needed; meeting with home/business owners to discuss expectations and preferences; responding to home/business owners’ inquiries and complaints in a professional manner; informing owner of any accidents that may occur during the course of services; working positively with a team of 2-3 people. A background check is required.

No education or training is required. The chosen candidates will be trained on-site.

Experience in the service industry and managing a team are pluses.

Next up in our introductions we have Kelsey. Kelsey grew up in the beautiful bluegrass state of Kentucky, with her parents and 2 older sisters. She learned her work ethic from her family while cleaning houses for her relatives and friends at a young age. She has 2 kids with her husband Scott, a 10 year old daughter, and a 6 year old son. They also have a 13 year old border collie. Her family is very outdoorsy and they enjoy traveling to visit family in Kentucky, Texas, and Florida. Fun fact about Kelsey, after she graduated from Western Kentucky University, she lived in Dublin, Ireland working at a TGI Friday's. Kelsey and Amanda got to know each other through a boot camp in South County and then Kelsey saw a job opening and felt like it was exactly what she was looking for.

Kelsey is a perfect fit to our team and we can't wait for you to meet her!
