One thing I’m learning in the cleaning industry:

Most cleaning problems are NOT caused by people being lazy.

Most of the time… it’s the process.

When employees don’t have proper training, clear systems, or the right tools, even hardworking people can struggle.

They use the wrong chemicals which causes:
- Floors to get sticky or cloudy.
- Buildings re-soil faster.
- Disinfecting gets rushed and not effective.
- Clients get frustrated and complain.

That’s why at Ancenta Cleaning Services, we focus heavily on training and systems.

We want our team to understand:
✔ WHY they’re doing something
✔ HOW to clean properly
✔ WHAT products and processes work best
