One question I get a lot is why I prefer to do all quotes through Facebook Messenger or text instead of over the phone.
The biggest reason is that it helps both of us.
When you message me, I can take my time to get a complete scope of the job by asking the right questions instead of trying to remember everything from a phone call. It also gives us both a written record that we can go back to at any time if questions come up about what was discussed, requested, or quoted.
Keeping everything in writing also helps me stay organized. Every conversation, quote, and job scope is documented, making it easy to reference for future cleanings or if either of us needs to double-check details. It protects both my clients and my business by ensuring we're always on the same page.
