Florida Man Pressure Washing

On this week of “ this old paver driveway “

We took a neglected and abused hardscape and brought it back to life.

Tinting is a process commonly used in restorations or just changing it up a bit for a fresh new look.

The proper ratio and color of tinting applied with a quality sealer applied over top

Braving the August heat to bring you stunning hardscapes!

We handled this 1 day turn around clean / sand /seal while dodging Forrest Gump rain the entire day. Medium gloss finish after multiple coats of the highest quality sealer.

End result of 12 hours of work?

A beautiful and protected paver hardscape to combat against all that Mother Nature & humans have to throw at it!

I tell all my homeowners the same thing. Even if you don’t go with me for your sealing project make sure to choose someone with a track record and references to prove their quality of work. Long last protection as well as incredible curb appeal should be mandatory.

✅3rd floor balcony
✅2nd floor balcony
✅Sidewalks
✅Driveways

All finished in a medium gloss & a
“ wet look “ enhancement

It’s like Deja-vu right now

ANOTHER customer hired a contractor that cold called him by knocking on his door.

Aggressive sales pitch got this homeowner to sign on the dotted line and get left with a hardscape that looked barely touched.

At least this contractor did something. Heavy first coat of sealer and then I expect that’s all he put down due to pricing this service on the low side and wanting to make as much as he could

Sealing is a premium service and not for everyone. You’re not doing anyone any favors by offering it below market price and then doing half the job.

MULTIPLE COATS OF HIGH QUALITY SEALER

Not.. a spritz and run..

That’s a wrap!

More and more I’m getting calls to inspect previous contractors work and offer a remedy.

If you hire a contractor to seal a stone or paver surface and the finished product is not 100% a drastic improvement there’s something wrong.

Sealing services are a premium option. Noticeable improvements to surfaces should be very obvious.. no wondering if it actually looks different..

This hardscape was sealed about a year ago and basically no visible sealer or enhancement when I first stepped foot on the property.

Some hours and a few trips due to Florida afternoon thunderstorms and we got this all sorted out

Not great at taking photos framed the same.. BUT! We can clean pretty well!

This property has been neglected for years while the tenant constantly complained to his landlord.

After months of emails and calls he had enough and took it upon himself.

1 phone call and she’s good as new!

Customer - Can you clean fake brick driveways?

Me - If you’re paying we’re spraying!

P.S. - it was stamped concrete that hasn’t been cleaned in 10 years. Neither brick nor fake..
