As we enter 2026, I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for each and every one of you. I have managed to maintain our current pricing for as long as possible, but unfortunately, a price increase will be implemented in February for those clients with whom I have previously discussed this matter. Please note that payment is due on the day of service, unless prior arrangements have been made with me. Failure to make timely payment may result in removal from my schedule. Regarding cancellations, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but please be aware that a deposit is required for all new client bookings. If cancellation occurs within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning, the full deposit will be refunded. However, failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For regular clients, I kindly request a minimum of 24 to 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Failure to comply with this request will result in charges for the full cleaning service. Please be aware that I have a significant client base and can explore alternative opportunities if these policies are not respected. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, as this business is my primary means of providing for my family. Thanks so much.
