The rugs are dusted, vacuumed, washed, and dried in our temperature-controlled room. Once the rug is done we will schedule a delivery/pickup appointment. We also offer many in-home services, including carpet cleaning, wood floor cleaning, tile cleaning, and carpet stretching. We can repair bleached or discolored carpets using our special carpet dyes. Move-out cleaning situation in Alexandria: the previous tenant left these stains behind, and the carpet looked like it might need replacing.
It didn't.
Encapsulation cleaning pulled everything out. No long dry times, no risk of over-wetting the carpet backing, and the result speaks for itself.

This basement had pet urine spots covering nearly the entire floor. The smell was bad enough that the odor had actually soaked into the concrete slab underneath — that part takes more than one visit to fully resolve. But every visible spot? Gone.
The light spot you see in the after is actually an old bleach spot — totally unrelated to the urine, and something we can repair separately with our color restoration service.
We used encapsulation cleaning on this one. It's a method most people haven't heard of, but in heavy spotting situations like this, it outperforms traditional steam cleaning in many ways — especially on older, set-in contamination.
