📣 WE’RE HIRING: Cleaning Trainer & Quality Coach
Penny’s Cleaning LLC is looking for a very special person to join our team in Springfield!
This is not your typical cleaning job. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys teaching, notices the little things, communicates well, and is comfortable helping others improve.
You’ll be responsible for training new cleaning employees in our specific cleaning methods, observing their work, evaluating their progress, giving feedback, correcting mistakes, and helping them become confident, successful members of our team.

Professional cleaning experience—especially as a lead, trainer, supervisor, or quality-control employee—is strongly preferred, but we’re also interested in people with training or leadership experience in other industries.
🧹 What you'll do:
• Train new employees in our residential cleaning procedures
• Demonstrate cleaning techniques and standards
• Observe employees and evaluate their progress
• Identify areas where additional training is needed
• Correct mistakes and provide constructive feedback
• Perform quality checks
• Communicate employee progress to the owner
• Help improve our training process
• Occasionally perform cleaning duties yourself
💰 What we offer:
• 21–24/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• Company vehicle provided for work-related duties
• 5 paid holidays
• 5 paid PTO days

Most days will be approximately 7:45 AM–4:15 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, depending on the training schedule.
We are willing to consider an exceptional candidate who can work at least 3 days per week.
