When one of our technicians arrived at a local commercial facility for a routine cleaning visit, he noticed something was wrong, and didn't hesitate to act.

Before emergency responders arrived on scene, he was the first to recognize the situation and call 911. That quick thinking helped contain the damage and gave the facility a critical head start on their response.
